THE BRIEF

When Marie Souter moved into her new business premises in Aberdeen city centre in March 2023, she discovered that she had no access to the existing security alarm system, which had been fitted originally by i-Protech.

She also discovered that the salon had CCTV, which she had been unaware of when she took on the property.

THE SOLUTION

An engineer from i-Protech visited the salon, re-set the alarm system and showed her how to use it properly.

They were also able to help with the CCTV system, providing Marie with a monitor allowing her to access recordings, as well as an App which lets her operate the system remotely and check surveillance.

THE RESULT

Marie said: “We were really grateful to i-Protech for sorting out both the alarm and CCTV, which meant that we didn’t have to invest in expensive new systems.

“They’ve been very helpful and informative whenever I’ve contacted them – they’re a great local company that provides a high level of service.”
